We have an outstanding opportunity for an Administrative Associate to join our dynamic team.  The ideal candidate would be positive, organized, a self-starter that takes the initiative and works well in a team environment. Attention to detail is essential in providing our clients with exceptional service. The Administrative Associate would perform support functions to various departments within the firm as well as assisting partners and members of the administrative team.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phone
  • Handling incoming/outgoing mail
  • Maintaining incoming/outgoing faxes
  • Various scanning projects, as needed
  • Assisting with client engagement letter process
  • Assisting clients with encryption data retrieval
  • Compiling and scanning client tax documents
  • Processing and assembling tax returns
  • Providing various administrative support to the firm, as needed
  • Assisting with any firm functions and/or events, as needed

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field a plus, but not required
  • Experience working in a professional office environment
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Highly proficient with all Microsoft Office products
  • CCH Axcess knowledge a plus, but not required
  • Highly proficient written and oral communications skills
  • Experience working directly with clients and providing client service
  • Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis
